This includes articles, notes, blog posts, reports, graphics, and transcription outputs. NotepadAiPro does not claim ownership or rights over your content, save for the limited license below.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transit, format, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the requested features (e.g., syncing drafts, generating AI output, displaying shared public links).

Shared Documents & Public Links: If you use our sharing features to generate a public link for a document, you acknowledge that anyone with access to that link may view your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not publicly share sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information. We reserve the right to disable any public link that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

NotepadAiPro utilizes artificial intelligence model endpoints to provide suggestions, translations, summaries, metadata, and media formatting.

Important Limitations:

• No Warranty of Accuracy: AI models can occasionally produce false, inaccurate, misleading, biased, or incomplete outputs (commonly referred to as hallucinations).
• Grammar & SEO Metrics: Suggestions, grammar fixes, and SEO optimization metrics are recommendations and do not guarantee search engine indexing, traffic improvement, or editorial perfection.
• Detection & Plagiarism tools: AI detection and plagiarism analysis are estimation tools and are informational. They do not constitute absolute legal or academic proof of originality or plagiarism.

User Responsibility: You bear sole responsibility for reviewing, fact-checking, and validating all AI-generated content before publication, distribution, or submission. NotepadAiPro is not liable for any damages or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use NotepadAiPro in compliance with all applicable laws. You specifically agree NOT to use the platform for:

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, access restriction, or permanent termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform assets including:

Software, Interface design, Branding, Logos, Features, Layouts, Source code, Documentation

are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of NotepadAiPro or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, Reproduce, Resell, Redistribute, Modify, Reverse engineer

any portion of the platform without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may utilize third-party technologies including:

Artificial Intelligence providers, Cloud infrastructure providers, Analytics services, Authentication providers, Content processing services

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or actions caused by third-party service providers.

10. Subscription & Payments

If paid plans are offered:

• Fees are billed according to the selected plan.
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Additional billing terms may be provided separately.

11. Service Availability & Platform Limitations

We run our Service on top of secure cloud database architectures (Cloudflare Workers, D1 database, and R2 storage) and third-party AI provider API nodes.

While we strive to ensure 99.9% availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero latency, error-free operation, or absolute data retention. Network disruptions, Cloudflare workers service issues, API rate limits, or scheduled database maintenance may temporarily affect your access to notes or AI generation tools.

Backup Responsibility: Users are responsible for regularly exporting or backing up their notes and drafts. NotepadAiPro is not liable for any loss of content or drafts caused by network outages or system failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotepadAiPro shall not be liable for:

Data loss, Revenue loss, Business interruption, Lost profits, Reputation damage, Indirect damages, Consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

Search engine rankings, Traffic growth, AI detection accuracy, Humanizer success rates, Content approval, Publication acceptance, Academic outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

14. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.

However, no online system is completely secure.

Users acknowledge that:

• Internet transmissions carry inherent risks.
• Unauthorized access may occur despite safeguards.
• Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to AI tools, or delete synced notes without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable).
• Your actions present legal, reputational, or financial risk to NotepadAiPro or our cloud hosts.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotepadAiPro, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Illegal activities conducted through your account

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
